Need Opinions on ~1500 Dollar Rig (Canadian).

Hey guys.

I was directed to these forums by Linus himself in his $1500 build video (he promised this place was good for help on building rigs), so I come to you today with an approx $1500 budget (can give or take ~$50-60) CDN.
I assume that's about somewhere in the range of ~$1300-1450 US.

My current display set up, which while also be the same with the new rig, is two 1080p LCD monitors. One of them will be used for gaming and the other for other windows such as streaming tools like OBS, Pandora, Twitch chat, etc. So basically I'm going to be gaming at 1080p and streaming along with it. I also plan on overclocking, and I'm hoping this new rig can max out any games for the next handful of years.

I've already taken the time to build and revise a rig on PC Part Picker, that from my somewhat limited knowledge should be able to handle what I throw at it, but I need your guys' opinions and perhaps changes to get the most out of my money.

Here is a link to the build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Animoszity/saved/MzXnTW

Thanks for reading,

Animoszity.

EDIT:
Also what are your opinions on Windows 7 Vs. Windows 8.1?

8.1 someitmes has up to a 10fps game increase because its less intensive.

That could mean he has to downgrade something else in the build, right? 8 cores could help with heavy multitasking too if I'm not mistaken.

it will but for streaming it will be better to use a intel gpu for the new obs quick sync

I know you might not want to but go Intel. AMD just does not have the performance per watt that Intel does. The 8350 isn't bad but the 990FX boards kinda suck IMO.

I always thought having AMD CPU and GPU just made life easier and that the 8350 was really beast at handling overclocking? Although I do see the benefits of the new i5... Also, I've always heard that WD Black HDD was the way to go and to never get any PSU less than silver? Other than those few questions, this build looks like a solid contender.

thise things are all lies, while a wd black is good, segate is just as good and a silver psu at 600w is overkill, and amd gpus can be used easy with intel cp[us and vice versa

So far I'm getting that everyone here agrees I should replace my 8350 with an i5 4690k? It's a lot more expensive.
