Graphics card help, please!

Hey. I currently have a HD6770 1GB graphics card in my system. In the store in my town, if I trade in this graphics card I can buy an 8800 ULTRA with the money, would it be worth the upgrade? I'm confused because my card is DX11 and the 8800 ultra is DX10...

If it helps, my pc specs are;

Q9550 processor.

P5Q Motherboard

HD6770

The 8800 ultra is a card from a long time back (2006 I think) while the 6770 is from 2011 I think. I personally wouldn't do it.

Yeah, I'm always sceptical about items when it comes to computing :D
