Run a HDD test in your bios to check your boot drive for disk failure and make sure you back up everything!

I've had similar issues in the past, I would suggest checking for disk failure. If that checks out fine, I would suggest trying to reinstall your OS.

Are you running windows 7? If you have the installation DVD you can boot from there and it will give you some repair options.

My english isn't perfect :D sorry

If you can get into the BIOS..check that your BOOT order is correct..check that the SMART option is ON..make sure that you have ..STOP on ALL ERRORS  ON....OR hit the PAUSE key on reboot and have a look at what

the POST is telling you about the HDD's condition.

Your best effort is the easiest thing to give to someone else..
