Probably 270 if you're in US. Sometimes you can find cheap 280s on sale though.

Yep. No x after it. The difference is just the clockspeed. You can esily overclock the 270 to 270x or higher speeds and therefore saving ~30 or so $$.

I lived in lithuania when i was young (8 years old), nice place :)

Thats cool :D. Hey maybe you can help me with one more question? Which one is better MSI HD7770 ghz edition or radeon 6850 gigabyte edition?( 270 is for my friend and I could offer him a good deal :D and upgrade my pc a little with his old card :D)

A R9 270 or a 270x(IF you find it for cheap) would do the job.
