How do I change a topic title?

Hey everyone, i had opened a topic in the build logs section of the forum, and wanted to change the title cause it's no longer the case.

Is it even possible to change a topic title? if so, i'd appreciate the help :)

also i don't know where the full editor, do i get to it in the topic itself or from my settings?

alright thanks everyone! Problem is it seems like it is a bug, it is as if that topic is not mine... Maybe when they did the move from vBulletin to this host, it doesn't recognize me as the topic creator.
