So my PC hangs at the "Starting windows" splash screen. This happens when i have a 1.5TB WD drive plugged in. OCZ Agility 3 SSD is boot drive. Sometimes it goes past after about 2 minutes and a hdd consistency check thing pops up which i usually skip. I have done a full format on the HDD not just a quick one, then i put around 700GB of data back on it so it not fragmented any more  i also deleted 2 partitions that i had set up so its now just the 1 whole drive. I have let the PC check the disk before but it at the end of the scan it hangs again and doesnt continue to boot into windows. Any idea on what i can do? Im thinking about running dskchk when i boot into windows rather than i doing it at boot.
