CPU bottlenecking GPU ?

I have an i5-3330 @ stock 3 GHz clock speed with hyperthreading upto 3.8 GHz. I am planning on buying a 860 (760 maxwell equivalent). Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU ??

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
