This thread might fit better in "Networking" but I'm not sure at all, if so could a mod please move it?

I'm sure I'm not the only person that from time to time experience that 720p+ loads faster than for example 480p, it's a huge difference when it happens. I sit on what I believe is a 100/100 connection and does normally not have problems with slow buffering on youtube. (this has occured on all my PCs, and my MBP)

Anyone who knows what could cause this?

Ya, I think they probably allocate more resources to HD resolutions.

 

But I've noticed that too.
