I think everything looks pretty good and straight forward, 4770k, gtx 780, ssd.  I think the only things that I would personally do differently is I'd get a fully modular power supply just to make sleeving easier, but I like to sleeve.  And I'd probably get the 4790K instead of the 4770K since you are getting a Z97 board, but that's just because I like to overclock.  But then the H60 would probably need to be upped to something like an H100i.

I am doubting my decision of choosing the BitFenix Prodigy, it seems good in practice for convenience and style but isn't very upgradeable in the future.

What else would you recommend for my use? [Microsoft Office - Writing Essays, using Excel. Editing and rendering. Also hosting servers for me and my friends to play on if needed. And last is perhaps streaming videogames.. Last one is just a possibility. The rest are certain]

I was thinking about the Fractal Design R4 Black Pearl, since i was looking for a powerful but very quiet system.

As far as word and excel are concerned, I do a lot of spreadsheets at home and at work and I love my pivoting 1440p monitor.  It was a little pricey at $550  since it's ips, but it looks gorgeous and the color are much more accurate for photoshop and rendering.   I did a lot more 3d work back wen I was going to school for architecture, like archicad, blender, 3dsMax and google sketchup.  I'd definitely stick with nvidia for rendering cause a lot of programs love CUDA, like Blenders cycles and Octane render, i think 3DS max does too but don't quote me on that lol.  I don't know much about hosting servers though :(

The only fractal Design case I've owned is the Arc Midi, but I've heard good things about the R4. I ended up selling it after a few months cause coming from 2 Lian Li cases, the build quality just wasn't what I wanted, but I usually spend way too much on my cases.  I'm rocking a Caselabs S3 right now with the Z87i-deluxe and a 4770k.  I think you can make any case powerful and quiet, as long as you can get some good airflow you can throw some high quality low rpm fans and it'll run pretty quiet.

Would you recommend swapping the standard fans when able?

I'd keep them until you know if you want something maybe quieter, or a different color scheme or just little personal things like that.  Fractals stock fans aren't bad.  I actually kept the stock ones in the front of my Arc Midi.
