Tablet Screen preference

Hey guys,im in the market for a new tablet...i was wondering if i should go for a 10" or 7"..does expandable storage even matter these days with wireless hdd available..?

 

my choices are either nexus 7, nexus 10, galaxy tab 2 10.1 [p5100], or asus fonepad 7" ...the later ones come with expandable storage..any suggestions and opinions are much appreciated
