I decided to install it today to give it a try. Interesting app. I wonder why anyone would put so much work into creating this app and not charge for it. 

 

So one thing that caught my attention is that Widgets keeps getting my location information. If it wasn't for AppControl, I would have no idea. 🤔

Likely because Widgets provide weather information among other things

 

Otherwise, you should be able to disable location access in Windows settings somewhere…
