Hey guys, I am relatively new to PC builds and just acquired a used one. It keeps crashing when I try to run games. It will get to the main menu but then when I try to actually play, it freezes and then closes the game. I have tried several different types of games just to see if it was a specific one but they all do it. I've tried everything from different resolutions and refresh rates to work arounds like using task manager to run the game at "high priority".

This is what PC I have and would like recommendations for any fixes you may think would work and also what upgrades I should consider.

It is a CyberPower PC the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3700x with 16GB DDR4 its the T-Force Vulcan Z red one, and an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and a 1TB SSD.

Thanks.

Install GPUz and try running the stress test. Does it crash?

Click on the question mark and a screen will pop up with the stress test.
