Hey guys, I'm experiencing really bad stuterring and frametime with my pc, I really don't know which part is causing this trouble, I have a 5800x3d, recently upgraded from a RTX 2060 to a RX 9070 and since this i'm having this fps issues, I'm trying to play LoL while streaming with OBS and sometimes my FPS drops and freeze for few seconds (like 2 seconds), I saw that my CPU hit +90% usage and my temperature in idle is mostly +70ºC and around 81º/82º in game while streaming, but this also happens without streaming.

Some usable infos:
PSU: Corsair rm750x

RAM: 2x8GB corsair 3000mhz

MB: Asus b450m

I'm using the lastest driver of the GPU

AMD unfortunately is seemingly still really bad* at recording things in the background, but yes DDU might still be helpful to use.

*also evidenced by most reviews simply not testing this...

Did you use DDU to wiper the 2060 drivers before installing the 9070 ones?

Still think redoing Windows fully is the way to go here.  DDU isn't as good as the hype suggests, or people don't use it fully correctly.

Well redoing the drivers with DDU when there are issues is the only thing saving me from reinstalling windows as the Nvidia drivers break every 1-2 years inevitably...

I also had to do a system restore (with a macrium backup) a few times (but that was because of borked windows updates iirc)

But yeah either could help... I just think some multi monitor setups can't really be fixed other than replacing the screens possibly?

(I tried 2 monitors a few times, other than being annoying as hell no issues 😂

We've had issues with crappy docking stations messing up 2 and 3 monitor setups, as well.

But regardless, I think his issue is that he has a driver conflict most likley.  If DDU can fix it, great.  Otherwise a new Windows install is nice.

Hell, may do one this weekend myself.  It's been a couple years now since I did it.

The only way I do a windows reinstall is revert to either 1903* or get ltsc but I get it...
