Okay, so after debating it a little, i think i finally decided what i need my PC to be for!

I want a PC that can play RPG games on high setting without any stutters (FPS doesn't matter as much, but higher the better). I don't really play some demanding online games (like BF 4), or a lot of shooters at all (maybe 2-3 shooter games).

This PC will be used mainly for games, and web browsing!

I'll be using a single monitor (probably either 900p or 1080p).

All i want form this PC is:

- To have 280x

- To have a 1Tb HDD (SSD isn't really needed, because if i really need it, i can buy it later when i have more money).

- To have some re-usable parts (like PSU, Case, HDD), for the next build i'll be building after this one (That's why i want 600w+ PSU, so i can OC, upgrade and re-use it :D)

- For it to last for about 2~ years on high-mid gaming for games such as (Divinity, Assassins Creed, Dragon Age, Castlevania, Prototype... and other similar RPG's! I also play on playing emulated games (PS3/PS2 (i own it, but i think that the exp. is better than on a PC emulator)/NDS/PSP/GBA...))

- As for case, i like Raidmax Scorpio V, but nothing is set in stone, so i can change my mind very easily :D

Location

Serbia

Budget

80,000 RSD

Peripherals/monitor

Not needed. I have both Keyboard&mouse, and a crappy monitor which i'll be changing in due time :D

OS

Not needed, also have it

Shop i'll be buying from: http://www.emmi.rs/naslovna_stranica.1.html

Reason why i'm upgrading

My current laptop keeps over-heating on games like Divinity 2: Dragon Knight Saga, and other newer games...)

I'll be buying this in August, and the chances of my budget going up are almost non-existent..

Also, i noticed this, and it's been bothering me, but when i play Divinity 2 on this laptop, it's so hot that i start sweating, so i also want a cool machine :D

P.S. I prefer Seagate, since WD failed me a few times :(

If you don't care about FPS (In which case you should actually go to consoles, because they certainly don't) and might not even play at 1080p, a 280x is probably not even worth it. Stutters = a low FPS by the way.

I love StarCraft

One thing i'll never do, is go to consoles -_-

As for playing on 1080p, i'll probably do that since i have a 1080p AOC monitor, but i only need to bring it here (it's on the country side where i used it for marathon-ing movies and TV series-es :D)

if you're 100% sure you're going to game at 1080p and want to play at good settings with 50-60+ FPS, a 280x could very well be worth it. I don't have too much time irght now, so I don't know what your amount of mine is in euro's/USD, but if your budget allows it, get yourself a nice 4th gen i5, otherwise get an fx 6300 (good for budget/midrange builds), 6-8GB of RAM and you're all set.

I'm not 100% sure that i'll be gaming on 1080p off the bat. If not right away, then after a few months, but i'll surely game on 1080p :D

And now, my budget doesn't really allow me for an i5 4th gen... Even thought i'd like to have on :(

This is what i currently plan on getting (of course if AMD doesn't reveal some awesome CPU/GPU in the meantime that's just in my price range :D).

CPU: FX - 8320

CPU Cooler: CM 212 EVO

Mobo: Asus m5a97 r.2.0

RAM: 8Gb (2x4Gb) DDR3 Kingston HyperX

Case: Raidmax Scorpio V

PSU: I'm thinking of 600w~ because i'll be OC'ing and i'll be re-using it next time when i'm building

HDD: 1Tb Seagate Barracuda

SSD: None at the moment

GPU: Powercolor 280x TurboDuo 3Gb

And even this is a little over my budget, but i can pay for that with my savings :(
