Hi Guys, in 2011 i bought the Logitech 35 which i loved, it broke after one year but i loved it so much that i got another one. Today a year later it broke again, although i love the microphone and speakers i honestly cant take getting another g35 for my own personal reasons and bad experience. Im looking to find a new headset something good. Linus usually goes on about

Sennheisers but im open for everything with the help of you guys. what should i go for mates? ( linus usually says gaming headsets dont have the best sound quality)?

How much do you want to spend?

I am gonna go ahead and assume that you don't have a soundcard, since the g35 had a USB one integrated, so you should get a soundcard, the Xonar DGX is a very good option for the price.

Next, you want headphones, no headsets. I can not really reccomend anything as the only headphones I have any experience with that I woudl consider to be better than the really cheap ones are the Razer orcas and the steelseries flux, but if you want hedphones that have a good price to sound ratio, i woudln't reccomend either of these, someone els will ahve to answer that. If you are most concerned about comfort however, take a look at the razer orcas.

as far as mics go unless you are doing videos for youtube or are a music producer, just get a 10-20$ clip-on mic and clip it to your headphone-cord or get something like a modmic.

Are you going to use it just for gaming or is there a big chance that you will end up using it for listening to music too? If it's just for gaming, a headset is fine...
