Do you have HTTPS Everywhere installed? Disable it for PCworld.

Ok so as the title says pcworld never works not on chrome not on incognito chrome not internet explorer not firefox not on my laptop and not on my desktop why but it works on my iphone why?! this is so frustrating! please help!!
