Budget (including currency): 10.000 KR (roughly 1.000 USD)

Country: Norway

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop, OBS recording/streaming, Runescape, Warframe, Friendslop games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This is the PC currently with monitors ( https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Redd248/saved/7GqgQ7 ). I have a keyboard and mouse I'm happy with, as well as a headset, mic, and speakers.

Looking to upgrade my PC, all I have upgraded since I got it 6ish years ago is RAM, but it's starting to struggle in some games I play, and I would like to see what I can do to upgrade! (Or get a new system altogether)
I don't mind playing in 1920x1080, and if I have to turn some settings down, that's fine!

Thanks in advance!

Since we can't see the parts list, I'm just going to list some general suggestions:

CPU: Intel i5 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5000 series or newer
GPU: RTX 3000 series or newer (Nvidia card specifically)
RAM: 16 DDR4 or better/newer

Also, if you can live without Warframe, you should take a look at a Mac Mini. You could likely get by for like $600-800 USD with one of those.

SO SORRY!  It's public now!!

Your RAM is too tall for a dual tower cpu cooler and your case isn't ideal for an AIO.

It's public now! Sorry about that!

Struggling as in chugging, frame drops, and in general having an avarage below 60FPS in most titles that are new ish (games from the last 4 years or so)

agreed on 3000's series RTX 3000 series GPUs feature hardware-accelerated decoding for AV1 and VP9 (including 8K at 60 FPS)
