hey i need some help getting my bluetooth to work

i recently bought a new asus vivobook (one with core 5 ultra 225h)
and installed ubuntu on it, and the bluetooth doesn't work
it does work on windows (tried it)
but on ubuntu, it is toggleable but i can't detect any bluetooth devices

I assume you have tried simple things, like rebooting? 

 

Try running this in the terminal:

 

sudo systemctl restart bluetooth

 

If nothing changes, check to see that the package required for bluetooth even installed properly using this:

 

dpkg -l | grep bluez

Do you happen to know what WiFi card is in the machine? Some cards are just not Linux friendly. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
