Help deciding on a new cable modem

Hey my family is getting a new modem from Time Warner Cable because we want an upgrade, but they won't let us choice any other ones that are not on this list. All I need is the modem. We will be getting a linksys WRT1900 AC as the new router. I would just like to ask, which one from the list above would you recommend? price is not that big of an issue just nothing over 300ish USD preferably around 250 USD.

Motorola SB6121 is what I use, works great, no issues

The SB6141 is the successor to the 6121, can't say theres a whole lot of difference between the two though.

I wouldn't go for any Linksys as the stock firmware is by far some of the worst I've even encountered (owned 3 EA routers EA6400 and up) and it's doesn't even have proper 3rd party support yet not to mention Cisco no longer owns Linksys and Belkin sucks at making software.

Motorola SB6121 is what I use, works great, no issues.
