Hey legends, I need some help figuring out how to approach my potential KVM setup.

I want to plug two monitors, keyboard and mouse into the KVM and switch between two devices in seconds.

So, base information:

I have a gaming PC (5070ti) and work laptop (1xHDMI, 2x Thunderbolt 4/DP 2.1).

Two monitors in play, both support HDMI/DP.

Would it be possible to get something like:

https://eu.ugreen.com/products/kvm-switch-2computers-2monitors-8k60hz?_pos=1&_sid=b5edcb1d1&_ss=r

But the problem I see is that it outputs in 2x DP. My laptop does support Thunderbolt/DP2.1, but would I be able to just get some kind of USB-C to Thundebolt? But I'd probably need two cables..

This also wouldn't account for the need for laptop to charge, if I spend both USBC ports for display, I can't charge...

Are there any cleaner solutions that you guys see here that won't necessarily break the bank/are accessible to buy in EU?

Thanks a bunch. 🙂
