New Headset

Hi Guys, in 2011 i bought the Logitech 35 which i loved, it broke after one year but i loved it so much that i got another one. Today a year later it broke again, although i love the microphone and speakers i honestly cant take getting another g35 for my own personal reasons and bad experience. Im looking to find a new headset something good. Linus usually goes on about 

Sennheisers but im open for everything with the help of you guys. what should i go for mates? ( linus usually says gaming headsets dont have the best sound quality)?

It is true that 'gaming headsets' don't usually have good sound quality. I suggest looking here www.headphone.com and finding something in your price range. Nearly everything is good on that website (apart from beats :P) and then buy that little stick on mic that linus reviewed a while back (you can search his channel for it).

I can't really compare them, because everything i've used so far was Sennheiser, but I can say that I'm really happy with my PC 360's, even so they weren't the cheapest.

Hard to say, I'm using them without a sound card, but I still thinks that they sound pretty damn good, aswell for music as for gaming. But again, I can't compare them or test them with a sound card.

look into audiotechnica ad-700, sennheiser hd518(pc350SE minus mic), HD558(pc360 minus mic)

 

and for mic zalman clip on or preferably mod mic.

 

as for sound card, I'd save up and get a fiio e7/e10/e17 when you can.
