Best cooler for this?

So right now my grandma's computer still has the terrible stock cooler on it. And it gets pretty toasty. I would like to know what the best cooler would be for it. There is a bit of a space constraint. A Thermaltake BigTyp Revo. is even a little bit too big to fit in there comfortably (in terms of width and height). I attached some pictures below of what the size is like. The fan on the heatsink is just an 80mm, and it's almost touching the little capacitors (in terms of height), so that's why I included that picture. I would like it to be as cheap as possible, but be able to handle a roughly 120 watt APU with no problem.

 

The motherboard is FM1, BTW.

Doesn't fit. The TT BigTyp Revo. is a few cm smaller than that, and it doesn't fit. I need something under 100mm.

Yeah cause the Thermaltake cooler is 105mm high and the hyper 212 evo is 159mm high. Google.

akasa coolers are cheap and pretty decent, they seem pretty robust but they are yellow, i broke the fan on mine trying to paint the blade.

It would be in an HP case (so no window) so even Noctua would look good in it.

if you can find this cooler then its a good buy, its in my mothers haunted pc and its lived, cooled the phenom x4 965 to around 50 under load(mining sort of loads) and its not too load, you can hear it when shit gets real but thats about it.

Granny would be buying it. Her computer, not mine. Just it gets hot doing something as easy as YouTube. With moderately new Arctic Silver MX2.
