Help me with ETS2 Mods

I have i513420h processor with no dgpu but i have 16gb DDR5 ram(Dual channel).For ETS2 recently I came across Lighting Improvements v2 and TAA V10 Mods from snowymoon can i run both of these mods together or will Lighting Improvements v2 decrease my fps or increase it. Please tell me about it....
