How can i remove air off loop efficiently

It can take a week or more time to fully bleed it and get rid of them. Fastest way is to crank the pump speed to 100% and gently rock the system in all directions to let loose all the trapped air.

In my experience the tiny ones in your pic tend to dissapear once the water/coolant gets up to temperature from normal use.

 

Just open/close the fill port now again to release the pressure, or leave it open for a week or two.
