So I am wanting to add the ARCTIC LIQUID FREEZER III 240mm radiator into my NZXT h510i PC case but pc part picker says it wont fit. Would i be able to put the radiator on the inner part of the case and the fans in the front chamber? Would this create problems with pulling hot air towards the components or is there a different radiator or cpu cooler i could use that would fit? Keep in mind I plan on getting a ryzen 7 5800x3d and a windforce 5070 soon too.

Well, according to NZXT's website, it supports up to a 280mm AIO in the front.

I do know that the Arctic Liquid Freezer III radiators are a bit thicker than your standard AIO's.

What does PCPartPicker tell you?  Do you already own the AIO?

Should I also just get a new case and PSU bc my PSU is a 650W if I am getting a new GPU and CPU?

A solid 650w is plenty fine for a 5800X3D and a 5070, a solid 500w would be enough.
Do you know the make and model of your current 650w PSU?

The AIO used in that video is Corsair H100x

Mind you try to look for the dimension of the H100X, and compare it to the LFIII.
Because LFIII radiator might be thicker and therefore might interfere with your GPU.

If you put your fan or rad in the front chamber, then do you still have airholes for the fan to pull fresh air from?
If not, then you are most likely going to make H510i already not so good cooling into worse.

You should be able to fit it with some jiggering. You can probably get the rad in the front chamber with fans in the main chamber or vice versa, but you should definitely double check the length of your prospective GPU.

You could put the current fans on the roof as an intake and use the front as exhaust. Probably could even ditch the rear exhaust.

Another option would be to rip the front panel off and put the fans and rad on the outside. Though, looking at this case a bit more, it looks like the front panel is not only solid, but also non-removable. If performance matters more than aesthetics, I'd remove that front panel entirely by any means necessary then use the front as an exhaust.
