Benchmarks?

i can understand ppl making vids of benchmaks for games and how well they do on games ment for them.

 

But i do hope to see  vids like how well the GPUs run even if the games arent optimized for the GPU

 

Example:

 when ppl make a vod fpr a new AMD card they keep saying wow the R9 295X2 is mentle optimized for BF 3,BF 4 and blah blah blah....

i know AMD cards are optimized for BF 3/4 since the R9 270/270x/280/280X/290/290X

 

as i know there are quite alot of game not optimized for AMD why not show how well the cards they can do even without being iptimized?

 

im buying a GPU not only to play BF 4

its gonna last me 2-3 maybe 4 years down the roadand a GPU isnt cheap in my country

There are, literally, hundreds of benchmarks that you can choose from for basically every GPU or CPU out there. Most of them cover all kinds of genres and don't focus on Nvidia or AMD optimized titles in any way. I don't see your point tbh, if someone does benchmarks for one game only then that's probably because that game just got released and people want to know how well it will run on their system.

I think he means that games like bf4 are mantle optimized, so amd cards will run better on them than nvidia cards. which can lead to inaccurate benchmarks or something.
