I recently purchased a Intel Arc B580. I'm also using a Nvidia Quadro P5000. I've seen some videos of other people doing this for gaming. I have my monitors hooked up to my nvidia gpu and in game, I have it using the b580, trying to get more fps and smoother game play.

The only problem that I have is, the intel graphics software, metrics, isn't showing all of the specs, just a few. And when using hwinfo, in the taskbar, the intel temp shows normal or it shows 0.0. I've reinstalled the intel drivers, but still the same.

What is it that you're attempting to do by running two cards?

Are you using Lossless Scaling (or a similar tool) to have the P5000 handle frame generation and/or upscaling while the B580 renders the game?

That's what I'm trying to do. I'm not sure if it would help out or not. Sorry for the very late reply.
