Internet just sucks

I don't have to fastest internet or anything, but out of the 3 pcs we have, only the pc I built has problems with the internet, it has an ASRock b660M pro rs motherboard and a intel ax200 wifi card. The internet is always slower than the other computers, and whenever they start using the internet it lags me out. Just recently my internet just disconnects every 10 minutes or so. I've moved around the antennas and had the pc closer to the router than the others and it doesn't seem to do any better. The other pcs are a hp office pc and an acer nitro 5 laptop.

Did you download the drivers for the intel ax200 wifi card?

How does the hp pc connect? Do you have a random wifi card in your vicinity?

Just as a test, have you tried connecting via Ethernet just to see if that fixes the issue?

The hp is on ethernet right now, but it has been on wifi before and still got faster speeds (it is right by the router now). I do have an old wifi card from a laptop but other than that, no

I had it on ethernet when I put it close to the router, it seems to help the disconnecting and reconnecting stuff, but it still seems slower compared to the hp

 

 

The hp has a realtek wifi card (not sure what model) and the nitro 5 has a killer 1650i

"Built in" WiFi is generally just a M.2 card. You need to check the motherboard manual on where its located. On my board its under the 

i/o shield. What I would do is find it, remove it and reseat it. Just to be sure its seated properly. Check the the antennas are properly attached, on the back of the board and to the card itself. 

 

You can also try a Live CD version of Linux, one that runs off a bootable USB and see if it makes a difference. If it does, then something in Windows is broken.
