This is the build I will be buying tomorrow, i just wanted to get opinions from you guys that this build will work together and is optimised for overclocking and the case is big enough. Also, will the power  supply be annoying as it is modular, my friend said it has extra wires and is unnecessary for this build, if this is true, could you guys recommend me another good power supply? Thanks all so much

Suggestion?

If you're going to be gaming, Ideally a Maximus VII Ranger, but if you like MSI go for the Gaming line

Modular power supply is best as it allows you to leave out cables that are not needed.

If you plan to overclock you will want an aftermarket cpu cooler. A decent choice would be http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23&products_id=18670.

You can save a little by going with a less expensive ssd, the lower performance will not be noticeable in a gaming or general purpose system. Something like http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_902_909&products_id=27563 would be ok.

Consider a less expensive case that has better cooling. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_547&products_id=27307 for example.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
