Format drive (solved)

This might sound really stupid but I haven't had to do this in a long time and the disk manager is basically useless.  Is there a good program to use to format a drive?  I managed to delete one partition but the efi partition and recovery can't be deleted from within windows

 

*edit: ok I got it by using the command line and diskpart

I usually use diskpart in command prompt.
