It looks fine.  If you're not planning on overclocking the CPU, then you're fine.  I would generally for a motherboard that can overclock, just in case you upgrade your cpu to an i7 or something and overclock, but that's just me.  Overall, this would be fine for 1080p gaming.  One other note is that you don't need 1866mhz ram for gaming.  1600mhz is fine, so if it is cheaper for you get 1600mhz ram, I would get that.

Like in most cases the price difference between 1600 and 1866 is so small he might as well get 1866. In this case $6 and you get CL8 on the 1866.

@The OP, your build looks fine. Good luck  :) .

Case- Sharkoon T28

CPU- Intel i5-4670 ( Dont plan to overlock)

Motherboard- Gigabyte GA H87-D3H

Ram- G.Skill RipJaws-X 1866Mhz (2 X 4GB)

GPU- Msi R9 270X TF 2GB

HDD- Western Digital Blue 1TB

PSU- Corsair CX500M

Disk Drive- Samsung SH224BB

Here are some changes:

Mobo - GA H97-D3H (h97 offers more features) OR msi h97 gaming 3 (better for gaming)

RAM - not a change as i don't know prices, just get the cheapest 2 x 4GB kit you can. All RAM works.

GPU - r9 270 (the 270 is basically an overclocked 270. Just OC the 270 and you have a 270X, well done, you save 30$ (or whatever it is where you live)

PSU - cx430m (if its cheaper, get it. You don't need a 500W PSU, even if you do decide to upgrade.

Spoiler

Samung Tab S 8.4

It's a bit imbalanced.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

Looks great to me, don't see the need of anything being changed. Although you could get a better case (this won't offer the best buildquality) like Kloaked mentioned. But everything would fit into the T28.

Since it's not more expensive (at least where I live) and offers slighty more performance you could update to an i5 4690 and an ASUS H97-PRO.

ASUS ROG Strix B550-F + AMD Ryzen 5800X3D; ASUS 6800XT TUF; 16GB G.Skill TridentZ 3600; bequiet! Dark Power 13 850W; Samsung 860 Pro M.2 2TB; PHANTEKS Evolve X

Are there other components that can be changed?

Go with H97 Mobo

And go with 280x, it should be similarly priced as Asus 760 :D

Good looking case with a removable middle drive bay. But http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2012/07/09/sharkoon-t28-review/1 doesn't have much good to say about it.

Without knowing where you are shopping, budget, and actual part numbers it really isn't possible to comment on the build beyond saying it looks reasonable.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
