Budget (including currency): 2000

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: the only game that I’m playing right now is arc Raiders

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I’ve been looking and I’ve built a part list that I’ve been sitting on for quite awhile but with the recent ram price hikes I’ve been looking into prebuilts. Just want to know people’s opinions on it. I’ve parted it out and it does work out to be cheaper if I just buy it as a whole unit I’ve put pictures and a link. If anyone wants to give it a look and let me know that would be fantastic.

it’s an after-shock PC. They have a very good reputation. I’ve just seen it for cheaper on Amazon and in a different colour.

2TB drive with a 7800X3D would be another 700$ at scorptec.

On a lot of these systems the GPU is the biggest upcharge. You might see if there's a more basic one with integrated graphics or a lower end card you can flip and put your own in. I've seen people get great results with an APU system and their own upgrade and that was before the RAM shortage made prebuilt so desirable.
