Tilting it back and forth works, but after some time, it acts up again.

Ok and it doesn't disappear after some time? Is it very hot where you're at? Whats the model of the laptop? If the panel is display is VA, it could be because the temperature of the display is getting either too hot or cold.聽

Once I聽on the laptop, after a few minutes it acts up even if the laptop temperature is not hot also.

It's more the screen panel temp but I would try changing the cable anyway.
