Hey!

I have a thermaltake frozen infinity 360 AIO in my new build, but I have heard good things about the Arctic liquid Freezer Pro III 360, should I return my thermaltake and get the arctic? I can’t find much info about the thermaltake online but know the brand, but lots of people recommend the arctic.

I'm cooling a 7800x3d in a fractal north. I know on pcpartpicker it says the arctic isn’t compatible, but that’s because the size it gives includes the fans which don’t go in the main chamber.

thank you!

Both will easily cool the 7800X3D, go with the one you like the most.

No.  While the Arctic is arguably one of the best 360's out there, you have a 7800X3D that can't OC and doesn't get hot.  You can check your temps even.

The TT performs well, and is WAY more than the 7800X3D needs.

What about longevity and performance noise wise?

They both have 5-6 year warranty, both will perform rather equal and you should be able to run the pump speed and fan speed so low on both that it won't really matter in terms of noise.

7800X3D is easy to cool

My EK is quiet, my TT Water 3.0 at 7 years+ is quiet, and my TT on the 5600X3D is quiet.  I can't tell any differences, so they're all the same quiet in my book.

Longevity?  Well, my TT on the 990K was bought for my 8700K I had before, so it's almost 8 years old?  It's top mounted, and still quiet and performing like always.

The EK is like 3 years old now, I bought it when I built this rig with the 7700X originally.

The TT on the 5600X3D isn't even 6 months old yet, so can't say.

All I got for experience, sorry.  Just note if I build again for me, I will be getting an Arctic.  If I recommend or build for my kid again... it'll be the TT.  I don't care about form.
