I think devil is better considering it is their 'high end" name.

Devil. But it shouldn't make a big difference. Pick whichever one is cheaper, but use your judgement. If the Devil is like, $10 more expensive, than I would grab the Devil.

actually is the cheapest compared to MSI,Asus,sapphire and a cpmpared to its own PCS card its like $12 more

Btw, there's a freaking awesome deal on PowerColor R9-280x TurboDuo recently, only cost RM800 here. (SGD311\USD248) Try check with your r/e-tailer.

It's ugly but performance/price is off the hook.

I would get which ever is cheaper. However, if the devil is only 10-15 dollars more, that would be my choice.

Devil is their super-epic-awesome lineup, so get that if you can. PCS+ is like high-end but not ultimate, and Turbo-Duo is their budget solution
