Digital Picture Frames

I just want to be able to find a digital picture frame that will allow someone to transfer photos to it via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, without it having to force me to install an app. When the app dies the picture frame becomes a brick essentially and I want to avoid that.

Just get the ones with a sd card. Tried and true and are not app dependant. every single bt wifi junk one are dependant on their application. I looked around a bit and its borderline distopian that most wont even display a picture without and active internet connection
