i mean large screen is always better... oh i forgot to mention it must be windows ,  im not really in display dont know which is better in this budget i just know what is hd 2k 4k etc not sure if lcd or ips or just some which has accurate colors

IPS is a variant of LCD technology, and generally the go-to for accuracy and quality among LCDs. You may see VA or (much less common) TN panels that aren't necessarily terrible, but will definitely be a step back. You won't find OLED in this price class just yet.

I'd look at a Lenovo IdeaPad (likely 15 inches) that meets your budget, but be open to ASUS and HP as well. I'm not so keen on Acer.

Have a screen size preference? I tend to lean toward Lenovo for Windows machines, but your choice of display (plus values like portability) might skew things.
