When I had first gotten my computer upgraded, my RAM was able to run at full speed (3200MHz), and as of late I can only run it at ~3066MHz without the computer saying "overclocking fail" upon bootup.
Before, when I didn't have to manually set it at 3066MHz, A-XMP worked fine and made my RAM run full speed.

I tried updating my BIOS to the latest MSI BIOS version for my specific motherboard, but it did not resolve the issue.

I will note that when I overclock my RAM manually (or try enabling A-XMP) to run the RAM at its desired speeds, the computer upon rebooting clicks off, then on, then off, then on again, providing me with only default speeds (2133MHz).
Another issue I have is that at some points during games my computer would just randomly crash, and event viewer had shown these images upon the computer being rebooted and me going to the program. (Images attached, alongside the details of the errors. I don't know if I should attach the bugcheck .dmp file because I have read that it may contain some sensitive data.)

You may need to play around with the timings. As the frequency goes up the timings need to be looser to maintain stability. I've had similar issues with my RAM in the past on Ryzen 2000 series, what did the trick for me if I remember was adjusting the tRAS latency.
