odd issue with COD cold war

My issue is the audio. Sound elements are imbalanced 

 

Main menu SFX and music are too quiet compared to Gameplay— gunshots, explosions, and music are louder. while footsteps are quieter.

 

I changed the Audio settings. Yey nothing

How do you have the levels set for each slider? As for footsteps being quieter than an explosion or gunshot, that only makes sense doesn't it?

Each sliders are decreased from top to bottom. And the Audio presets did not change a thing

When you say each, do you mean that you have them all at the same levels?

No. Like music is at 70. SE is 60. And dialogue are at 55
