Low fps games

I have a 3080 and i7 12700kf and 32 gb ram and SSD 512 i have siege instaleld but i only get 200 fps even on low settings  i need help

Not a lot info to go by.... Full specs, what resolution, what happens at higher settings....? how is CPU utilization per core...?

I have other 1tb storage but siege is installed in that 512 and i have 400 free space

resolution 1080p i get 200 fps everyything low settings and i got a 240 hz monitor i have 32 gb ram and i712700kf and 3080 idk wym by cpu utilization per core and higher settings around 150 - 180 fps im tryna get to 300
