Hi first time pc builder in need of help and guidance for my first nervous pc build, these are my current thoughts on my first build :

9600x,9700x or one of the x3d cpus all the way up to 9950x3d
b850 or 870 motherboard
850w psu
gpu - 9070/9070 xt or 5070 ti
32gb ram
1tb/2tb m.2 drive
cpu cooler - thermalright air cooler, not sure which one.
air cooling only.
24"-28" 1440p monitor (not oled)

Pc uses : Mainly be used for multitasking and browsing in windows but want to be able to play latest and older games at a high quality standard at 1440p, games like cyberpunk, doom and alan wake 2 and games yet to come out.

My main problem is deciding which cpu to get and at what point at 1440p the gpu takes over from the cpu, if for example i get a 9070 xt or a 5070 ti how much difference in fps or obvious real life playing quality between the 9600x or the 9700x and the x3d cpu's like at the top end 9950x3d, i dont really have a budget but will need the pc to last at least 5-8 years at a good gaming/productivity level but would like value for money but if the 9950x3d will give me top performance longer and will not need to be replaced for a number of years then i will be be prepared to pay for  it, also need a good 1440p monitor not oled budget £150-£350 24"-28", would like 2 m.2 drives one for boot(1tb dram) and one for games/storage(2tb dram or dramless), also might want a cheap 1tb m.2 for other storage(can be cheap but needs to be reliable).got a Corsair 7000D case already but has no fans so will need fans, 3x 140mm for front,1 or 2 140mm top,1 back 140mm would prefer the 140mm ones but dont want to spend a lot so advice needed.i do a lot of research for my job so run various programs in windows at the same time like a number of browsers and photo editing software and have just started using vmware virtual machines so need the resources for that too while possibly running a game as well, i know it was a bit long winded but i hope someone is kind enough to help me through this.thanks.

thanks for the link, but more looking for how all the cpu's benchmark on the 9070 xt, so need benchmarks that focus on the differences between the cpu's.
