Upgrade suggestion

my setup
asus z790 tuf gaming (new)
i5 14400f + thermalright spirit 120 evo (new)
2x16 32gb ram g.skill ripjaws 6000 mhz (new)
msi rtx 3060 12gb ram (2 years old)

750 wat psu
this is the score i get on 3d mark https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/143156650? is it good?
and also for future what should i upgrade?

The score seems decent for your PC.

For upgrade I'd recommend upgrading either only GPU or PSU and GPU if after gaming performance. Depends what's the current PSU model.

Also - what resolution?

For what purpose? Games? I'd suggest something like a 9070 or 5070 Super (if they're available by then).

Psu is 2e gaming 750 wat white

Resolution is 1080p

Then I'd start with a new PSU. 

For 1080p even 16GB RX 9060 XT is more than enough. Depends again though at what frame/refresh rate you're gaming.

I have 1080p 144 hz monitor and might even try to get new oled 2k monitor idk yet will 9060xt be good for that?

Well, if you can't afford RX 9070 XT or Nvidia equivalent of that, then it would have to do I guess. Should be reasonable price to performance in any case (the 16GB, not the 8GB).

But yeah, first get a real PSU. Your current one is a total unknown.
