It makes no difference to the PSU, just make sure it's getting air and all is good.

PSUs are generally able to run quieter if you have them fan side up. If you have a fanless PSU, those have to be installed with the open side facing the inside of the case. 

 

The air exiting the graphics card cooler is nowhere near the temperature of the GPU die

:)

I don't think this looks right. The holes don't align, and this case doesn't support PSU plate

Since your PSU has a fan, and the case only supports one orientation, that kind of answers how you should install the PSU.
