Just looking to see if this is an acceptable build for the price. A monitor is not required.

If I were told to part out a PC for $1100, this is basically what I would do. 7700X + 9060 XT 16GB is a solid combo that should perform well in basically anything at 1080p or 1440p.

The 9600X is under $200 right now, and while it's a 6 core vs 8 core question...

 

It may be plenty for you, and allow you to spend more on storage or even a B850 motherboard.

The price difference where I live is less than 50USD, and I have workflows that benefit greatly from multi-core workloads. Perhaps we could cut on anywhere else but probably not the CPU
