The easiest way to know for sure is to string a cable between PC and router, to take WiFi out of the equation, and simply see if the same problem occurs.

Also your video clip doesn't appear to show any lag.

When gaming, my fps stays steady at about 120-170fps.

My ping hits 70-100 because of where I live in Australia, I do notice I get alot of packet loss.

I'm guessing you're talking about the "slowdown" as you're turning. I'd try turning off motion blur. It doesn't really seem like wifi lag (that's a lot more like player models moving/behaving inconsistently)

If the game allows, you could get some frametime graphs in there and see if there's any dips. But if the rest of the game runs smoothly then that might be overdoing it a bit.

i get dips. It's almost micro stuttering but gta 5 and rdr2 dont stutter so assume nothing wrong with my pc?

To me to looked like it might have lost too many packets when you turned. Playing from Aus can be a pain in it self. And wifi probably not making it better. Probably only exacerbating the ping/packet issues. In the old days when i played counter strike on a 56k modem this was common for me

I would really recommend a cable if possible.
