Hello, I only play CS2 and I wanted to upgrade to play with at least 240fps. 

I currently have this:

H310M K R2.0
I5 9400F
GTX 1650 OC dual fan
32gb 2666

What do you recomend?

You could just upgrade the GPU but CS2 is a CPU heavy game, and all Intel 9th gen products are expensive now.
