Clicking from GPU

I just noticed today a clicking from my RX 470, I though it was the fans so I stopped the fans in my system (including my GPUs, so its not a fan) with my finger in that area and it was still going on. Is this a bad sound to hear?

Also if it matters its a lot quieter in person, it's just so loud cause my phones so close but it's very annoying and worrying

Just sounds like Coilwhine to me.  Its just annoying but its not dangerous.

Thank you! Good to know since I was like "oh boy I might have to upgrade my card instead first" but as this cards dying I can get something else CPU wise first

It doesn't sound wrong to me.  Just sounds like coilwhine  

Is this while the GPU is not rendering anything ?

Does the sound change pitch/loudness when in game vs desktop? Or when locking fps to 60 vs other setting if you have game that renders beyond 60fps?
