Need help choosing drive

Hi

I need help understanding what is the difference between these drive that seem identical, but slightly different SKUs
Seagate IronWolf - 8TB - Harddisk - ST8000VN004
Seagate IronWolf - 8TB - Harddisk - ST8000VN002
Seagate IronWolf Pro - 8TB - Harddisk - ST8000NT001
Seagate Exos 7E10 - 8TB - Harddisk - ST8000NM019B

On the specs they all seem the same, can cost almost the same. I seem to remember hearing about single and multiple platters or something.
Its just for my NAS/Media server.
