VGA Light On and No Display

Thank you for your quick response.
I did try with my old motherboard to remove the CMOS battery, but I don't think for 5 mins (bit too impatient) and this was also before changing any components, so maybe it will work - will give it a try.
I have tried (before the new PSU) to unplug all HDDs, but didn't work but will try again at the same time as the CMOS battery removal. They could definitely be the issue as some of them are very old...

When you say let it restart a couple of times, what do you mean? It just hangs on the vga light and I have to manually turn it off - is that what you mean?
Cheers,
Alex
If you Reset CMOS it'll restart when loading bios again before doing the debug VGA light. If it doesn't work reset CMOS according to manual using a screwdriver to short the two pins. You can also try removing the nvme ssd
