Help with a pc build

Hi, i want to build a pc with 9 7900 ryzen but  i dunno which motherboard, cooling and memory should i buy. I have budget around 1500 euro. I think that 4070 ti or 5070 should be great. If you have any advices go on!.

Why a 7900 ? It's a good chip for apps , less so for gaming (It's good but not great)

Do you want to game ? At which res ?

Change to Ryzen 9700X and spend the change on a better GPU.
edit: maybe even 9600X - for a 5070/ti its enough+.

Guys, i appreciate your suggestions but pc that you build its too expencive only a videocard costs 900 euro. PC must be good for Render less for gaming.  So this build just too much
